[Resolved] Ixigo — refund yet not credited | |||
I tried to book a ticket on july 31st, but due to some technical issue my transaction was failed and i cancelled my booking. However the amount got deducted from the bank account for the same. Later on i receiveda message stating that your refund is initiated and will be credited within 5 days. Its been more than 5 days now and still i have not received any refund amount.
