Ixigo — Reg - Refund Amount Against Flight Cancelled By Airline

Dear Team,

I have Booked a flight from PATNA to HYDERABAD for 18th September 2023 and the flight was cancelled by airlines itself and i got mail also from spicejet to raise the refund by visiting https://changes.spicejet.com website and i have done the same. After raising a refund request I waited for 3 to 4 days for a refund and as i have booked it with ixigo app i tried to contact ixigo also but was not able to connect with ixigo. I connected with spicejet customer care and they said they have refunded the full amount to third party ixigo. But today I got the refund after deducting Airline cancellation charges, convenience fee, seat & ixigo cancellation fee which is wrong as the flight was cancelled by the spicejet airlines itself, then why ixigo has deducted these all cancellation amount from me.
