[Resolved]  Ixigo — Regarding refund against train cancellation

As per our record, the booking with TRIP ID: IXITR[protected] has been cancelled and the refund has already been initiated and will reflect in your account as per the below mentioned timelines.

Even after the above confirmation from ixigo, Now today is 24 Feb still the refund has not been credited to my source account.I did not expect this type of service from Ixigo.

Hi Vandana, the refund is successful with bank ARN 30005420552034159111312. Debit card transactions can take up to 7 days for refund as per bank timelines. Request you to kindly wait for the same.
