[Resolved] Ixigo — regarding refund for train tickets. | |||
Dear concern I have booked 2 tickets from sc to ngp on dated april 01st with booking id - ixitr[protected], this tickets were not booked and amount of rs. 717/- was deducted from my bank account for which i had received a message that the amount will be refunded within 5 days. Please check this and refund this amount soon. I have also attached the screenshot of my booking details.in this fast digitalised world and competitive market, if you take this much time to process a refund then this is really very sad for your company's growth.
