Ixigo — Regarding refund of cancelled flight

Flight booked with pnr N4I3SL is cancelled by the airlines and they have refunded the amount to the agency which is ixigo through which i booked ticket but ixigo denying that they have not received any update from the ailines yet regarding refund amount.
I have called airlines customer support executive and confirmed from them that they have already refunded amount to the agency(ixigo) and they also shared me refund confirmation mail on my mail id which i am attaching here, please take action on ixigo and ask them to refund my money as soon as possible.

Updated by Nitesh311995 Pnr N4I3SL flight cancelled but ixigo didn't refund my money even after airlines has refunded money back to them that same day only, they are not responding anything, always saying its pending from airline end but airline has refunded and send confirmation mail to me already which i am attaching here for your reference
