[Resolved] Ixigo — status of my refund | |
Dear ixigo team, 1. I have tried to book my train ticket on 18th feb 2018. When it was booking due to technical error problem, the ticket booking was cancelled and the amount of rs.360 has been deducted. And the booking was cancelled. I got the message stating that the refund process is being started and it will be credited to your account within 5-7 days. But still it was not refunded. Kindly do the needful.
