Hi, i, ve tried to pre-pone my flight ticket in ixigo, where i recived a mail that conformation will be provided in two hours ( under subjected to availability of tickets- as i checked they are available for the air lines i'm looking for).\
Waited for a day and haven got any response. tried to get in contact, got into chat, ended up with a dumb chat bot.
I live in a place with out network for normal calls. so cant reach for any hlepline number.
started looking for costomer care mail id in their site and app "NO Where" availabe.
