With regards to your email, we would like to inform you that as we have checked your travel agent has canceled the flight on 10 Dec'21 and same day refund was processed as per the fare rules under the booking reference number RD2IV4 for 19th December, 2021 travel. Also have asked agent to refund the full amount.
However, we have processed the remaining refund of INR 3032 on 27 Dec'21 against the ACM number to your travel agency for 17th December 2021 travel.
We would request you to please get in touch with your travel agent to claim the refund post 4-5 working days as the refund will take 4-5 working days to reflect in your travel agent's account.
