I would booked a train ticket on 10.11.2019. There was a problem with my booking. Money will deducted, but there is not refund after 11 days. I get the message from ixigo on 11.11.2019. Its is, shaik md, sorry! Booking for your tirunelveli (Ten) - ksr bengaluru (Sbc) train with booking id: ixitr[protected] could not be confirmed due to payment failure. If money has been deducted from your account, your money will automatically be refunded to your account within 7 days. But there is not refunded. Please do needful Was this information helpful? | |
