[Resolved] Ixigo — ticket bookings ( 6 )failed on account of ixigo failure. | |||
On 04/04/2019 I have made as many as 6(2 times Chair car, 4 times 2nd sitting) attempts to book train tickets..train 12795/vijayawada to lingampally for 10.0402019.The IXIGO has failed in all the 6 attempts. The IXIGO has sent mail stating that they failed to book. I have now attached IXIGO mail to me and a screen shot of my bank account where in you can see my payments in this respect. I have sent several mails to speed up my refunds and each time I received an automatic reply mail but without no action from their end. Fearing that left to IXIGO and their automatic, reply system will yield no results I am writing this.Please look in to this arrange early refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
