[Resolved]  Ixigo — ticket not booked but deducted

Booked two train tickets on 2nd sep 2019 costing rs.3926.07.
Ticket didn’t get booked but money got deducted.

There’s no platform to reach out for any help from ixigo.
I don’t find any toll free or customer care contact email or phone number.
How do we get through?
It’s been 3 days and still no refund at all. I needed to book in urgency but failed to get a ticket, such a disappoint.
What is the fault here i don’t understand.

Why have I received this mail that you are asking me to contact my bank for refund ? But you responded saying I will get refund in 4-5 days.
Have shared you my screenshot of bank statement and your mail response. Where’s the money now ?
