[Resolved] Ixigo — ticket not booked but deducted | |
Booked two train tickets on 2nd sep 2019 costing rs.3926.07. Ticket didn’t get booked but money got deducted. Reference number[protected] Date :22:48:25/0281 Ixigogurgaon, in There’s no platform to reach out for any help from ixigo. I don’t find any toll free or customer care contact email or phone number. How do we get through? It’s been 3 days and still no refund at all. I needed to book in urgency but failed to get a ticket, such a disappoint. What is the fault here i don’t understand.
