[Resolved] Ixigo — Ticket not refunded | |
Greetings, I had booked a train from Chennai to Rameshwaram on 21st November 2020. But I got a message saying the payment was not through and I had to re-book. So I re-booked the ticket on 24th November 2020. I contacted the customer car chatbot and it said the debited amount will be refunded by 28th November 2020. But so far I haven’t received any refund. If the amount was debited and not yet reversed, please check with your bank customer care.
