Greetings, I had booked a train from Chennai to Rameshwaram on 21st November 2020. But I got a message saying the payment was not through and I had to re-book. So I re-booked the ticket on 24th November 2020. I contacted the customer car chatbot and it said the debited amount will be refunded by 28th November 2020. But so far I haven’t received any refund. I have attached the screenshots of the messages for your reference. Please do look into this issue and do the needful as soon as possible. Verified Support Dec 03, 2020 Ixigo Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As shared in the screenshot above, we did not receive the mentioned payment. If the amount was debited and not yet reversed, please check with your bank customer care.
