[Resolved] Ixigo — Ticket not showing

I was booking two ticket of 2S for 14th July( train no. 03235). My payment was made but the app crashed and there is no ticket available in the PNR status. Kindly refund my money asap.

I made a booking by ixigo app on 20 july i have to go to agra to jaipur i also dono payment via my upi id but my booking is not done even not show the transaction in ixigo app plz help me
