[Resolved] Ixigo — Ticket wasnt booked but amount was debited from my account | |
Today I booked tickets from Kozhikode to Shoranur twice and none were booked but the ticket fare along with other convenience fares were debited from my account. There is no history of this booking and transaction shown on the app. I would like to have a refund for the same. Transactions were made through Gpay.
