[Resolved]  Ixigo — Tickets didn't get booked, but money got deducted

Also there is no way to contact ixigo. Even the [protected]@ixigo.com is not in use. The customer service section on the website isn't of any help either. There should atleast be a way to reach the company.I was booking train tickets from Madgaon to Nashik road for 9th January 2021. I proceeded to pay through Google pay, and the transaction was completed to Le Travenues Technology Pvt. Ltd for the amount of ₹4, 409. Even after the transaction, the tickets weren't generated.
