[Resolved]  Ixigo — Tickets Not Booked Money got Deducted

Dear Ixigo,

Today (27.11.2020) I booked round trips from Delhi to Ranchi between 31st Dec, 2020 to 3rd of Jan 2021. Through Gpay i payed the total amount of Rs 7646.00, the amount is deducted but not anywhere in app i can see the transaction or the failed transaction details. Didn't even received notifications for the tickets confirmation nor it is showing in my apps ticket history. Please refer to the screenshot attached for Booking Ids and transaction id for your reference.

Kindly help me out to resolve this issue by initiating the refund or providing me tickets for the same.
