Ixigo — Train booking failed. Tell I didn't get refund

On 26 Nov 2020 and 28 Nov 2020, Iam trying to book my train ticket but booking failed...but the amount was debited from my account and till now I don't got my refund ... Iam trying to call customer care..I can't reach them also
Kindly transfer my amount soon 2059+2059=4118
