[Resolved] Ixigo — train booking money deducted without issue of travel ticket | |||
Made a train booking on Ixigo and the whole process proceeded smoothly till payment was processed but the site failed to issue the ticket. Repeated the same and once again the same issue. In essence did the whole process 2 times and paid twice without delivery of promised service! Next tried to contact the “customer support” which does not exist. The company relied heavily on “AI” hence the human touch is lost and the redressal process only extended. Sent mails and REMINDERS to the suggested email : [protected]@ixigo.com Once again no response. Attached screen shot of the payment confirmation. Pls provide the refund ASAP and address your site issues if you want to be competent in this competitive market. Was this information helpful? | |||
