[Resolved] Ixigo — train ticket pending | |
Hi. I planned to book train tickets through your ixigo app from chennai central to ernakulam and made successful payment via debit card. But the ticket booking is still in pending also the amount is debited from my account. Will the booking confirmed or my amount will be refunded? We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we wish to inform you that your booking could not be confirmed, as the transaction failed. The refund has already been initiated and will reflect in your bank account in 5-7 working days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account.
