My pnr for cancelled ticket is [protected]. As per the ixigo cancellation policy mentioned along with the ticket, if the ticket was cancelled before 16:07 on 15th november, rs 130 would be charged as a cancellation charge. I cancelled the ticket on 15 nov at 13:00 hrs and no amount is being refunded. Why am i being charged the complete amount as a cancellation charge? Please deduct rs 130 as the cancellation charge and refund the pending amount at the earliest. Dhairya sachdev [protected] | |||
