[Resolved]  Ixigo — Transaction done but booking not confirmed

It is very shameful to know that such reputed apps can do such mistakes. My transaction was done but the booking was not confirmed. As I was booking tickets for 7 people the amount was quite large. If i don't get quick response i will be forced to take further actions as i have seen people complaining about the refund not being done even after 2 months.
