I have booked a railway ticket in MAS MAQ EXP 02685 (Chennai Central to Kozhikkode) on[protected] through IXIGO app (partner of Le Travenues Technology Private limited). After filling the details it moves to the payment page. As I have given my upi address and i got payment request in my google pay. I've made the transaction.After the confirmation payment of ₹1977 through Google pay. But after coming back to the ixigo app, there's no page showing my booking or my payment status or anything like that.After the payment of railways ticket, I haven't been received any kind of SMS or Mail from the App IXIGO even PNR number haven't even received till now. So what's with this now??? So where's my money gone? There is no Customer care number How can I contact the IXIGO customer care for any details or any information about refund?? What kinda service is this??
So kindly refund the amount as soon as possible. I need my money back.
