[Resolved] Ixigo — transaction successful but ticket didn't make. | |||
I was making a train ticket from kanpur to etawah via gomti express i. E. 12419, It was a cc ticket and total fare was ₹620/-. I paid via my bob debit card. Transaction was successful but unexpectedly i couldn't make the ticket. I was assured that i will get my money back within 5 days but now its more than that. My ticket was of 11 june at 10.01 am. Therefore i want my money refunded back as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
