[Resolved] Ixigo — transaction successful but ticket not received

Hi ixigo, On 19th october, i have made a transaction of rs. 3786.38 through upi for a train ticket and it was successful but ticket was not booked. I have checked with the bank and they confirmed money debited to ixigo. Irctc also confirmed they did not receive any payment. I am providing thr transaction detailed in attachment. Transaction ID / Trip ID - 9AH9BP7NSME7PF2WTY Refund amount - INR 3786.38 We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we wish to inform you that your booking could not be confirmed, as the transaction failed. The refund has already been initiated on October 19 and will reflect in your bank account in 7 working days. You should get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your bank account. Please note: Saturday, Sunday and Festivals are not counted as working days. Do let us know for any further assistance. Regards, Team ixigo

On 14.10.19 booked ticket. Amount deducted ticket not booked.
