Hi Team, My name is Kankan, while try to book train ticket through ixigo app payment made through UPI was successful however, app crashed and not able to book the ticket. All details about payment made are in picture attached. Please help to get the money back asap. I booked a 3ac ticket from dhupguri to rohtak for 23/07/19 on 08/07/09 at 5:55 PM
rupees 3450 for 2 passenger debit from my account for that but i did not get any ticket yet.
