Ixigo — Waiting list refund

I have booked train waiting ticket from ixigo on date 30.08.2022 from LTT to SNDD. When charts prepared out of 3 tickets 1 was confirmed and others were still in waiting list.
As per the rules if tickets are in waiting list after chart prepared should automatically get cancelled and refund should be provided.

I have not recieved anything about cancellation of waiting list tickets ajd refund.

The PNR was partially confirmed for 1 passenger and TDR had to be filed or the ticket had to be cancelled upto 30 mins prior to the train departure as per IRCTC rules. TIcket is cancelled automatically if all the passengers in a PNR are waitlisted.
