Ixigo — Want my REFUND

I have made payment to ixigo trains and i failed to make a booking and but my payment is successful and now ixigo is not giving my refund.. They were showing that I'll get refund before 3pm today but I didn't get my refund yet to my bank account.. And my money is also not there in ixigo money max.. I need you to solve my problem ASAP!
