I have booked a train ticket from Pune to Ludhiana and was wrongfully charged for the ixigo assured for free cancellation despite of me not choosing the free cancellation. (Screenshot of the booking and payment details attached)
I want the customer service to refund the amount of Rs 664 which was the ixigo assured fee as I do not want it and have been wrongfully charged for the same.
I have been constantly trying to reach out to them but the chat bot does not connect to a customer service officer and also their customer care number does not connect to anyone with whom I can speak on the matter
I have been using ixigo for a long time now for booking tickets and if they do not co-operate to refund the amount wrongfully charged then I'll have to stop using their services
