[Resolved]  Ixigo — yet to receive refund against pnr no. [protected] and booking id : ixitr[protected]

This is to inform you it's been more than 3 weeks and still i had not received refund against pnr no. [protected] and booking id : ixitr[protected]

Please take this on top priority and process the refund at the earliest.

I have also attached image for your reference.

Note: in case of too much of delay i may take this on public portal and may even sue you for wasting my hell out of time.
