Jabong.com — delivery boy marked my order was "refused delivery" on his own | |||||
I was expecting delivery of 3 packages. Delivery of all these packages was cancelled unilaterally by the delivery boy without my consent. Even before making contact with me he had already tried to reschedule my delivery. I got a message saying I have rescheduled. Then he called me several times asking me to whatsapp him my location and requesting me to come to a mall to collect the packages. When I refused he asked me, "then what should I do with these packages". I said I am sorry I cannot help you. So he cancelled all the deliveries on his own, suggesting I had refused to take these orders that I had already paid for beforehand. I contacted customer care and narrated the whole ordeal. But so far I have not received any update from Jabong regarding this and it has been more than 10 hours. The delivery boy was very rude and disrespectful. I have ordered from Jabong, TataCliq, Mantra, Amazon and many other portal several times and never experienced such balatant flouting of rules and norms. It's complete cheating that after making full payment customers have to face such harassment from delivery boys where they are asking you to share whatsapp location and come on the road to take the package or else they will cancel your delivery in addition to incessant calls to help them navigate at every turn.
