I got order from jabong which was cod, made payment but the product inside the bag was wrong and barcode was fully tampered/scratched.

And courier boy update delivery status of product is unsuccessfull.

Courier company was myntra logistic
I order 2 white casual shirts worth rs 3008- but i got tshirt.
Please solve this

    Hello sir,

    I have ordered two product from jabong on the same day with same order id and placed a return request on next day for both products.

    The delivery executive from their third party courier service named ecom express came and asked for two product to return and took away both.

    I got the refund of only one product and refund of another product has been declined due to they didn't get second product.

    I tried to follow-up jabong team many times but didn't get any resolution.

    So regarding that i need to submit my compliant against jabong so that they will check with ecom express team and refund my money back.

    Please let me know if you need any further details from my side.

    Hello sir,

    I have ordered jeans of Here&Now from jabong and placed a return request on same day of the delivery of the product, without any tempering in the product, or packaging .

    The delivery executive from their third party courier service named ML came and asked for product to return on 13 Oct 2018.

    The product has been declined because of missing of price tag, that's what I was told.

    I received a message that the jeans would be reshipped.

    Till 25 November 2018 when i didn't receive the product, I contacted customer care, they said I will receive it within 3-5 working days.

    I didn't receive it till 13 December 2018, So I contacted to them again, and got same response.

    With such unprofessional delivery, how can you be so sure that price tag is missing from my side, when I returned it within 2-3 days.

    I received a message on 18 December 2018 that, my refund has been processed and will appear within 5-7 days in my account.

    But today I'm receiving another message saying, product will be reshipped.

    After this unprofessional behaviour for 3 months, I don't want the product at all.

    I tried to follow-up jabong team many times but didn't get any resolution.

    So regarding that i need to submit my compliant against jabong so that they will check with their shipping team and refund my money back.

    Please let me know if you need any further details from my side.

      I order 2dreses from jabong com to mi kids on dt 27/12/2018... With courier service ML. And tracking no.ML[protected] messge from jabong.com. still i did not receive my order it is almost 15days gone .. and also raise the complaint on jabong helpline but they are aslo helpless.. then why you guys send orders by ml service is it falSe by jabong are blody lazy couriers services. They are total irresposile bahavng and very neglegency maner so please make serious acrion on this ML courier service who have run busines in india

        I had ordered a product in having and i raised a return request... The product was picked up... And instead of refunding my money back to the debit card, they put it as jabong points which i never asked them to. I need the money to be refunded back to my debit card. So please do take my complaint seriously and do something about it as soon as possible.

          I placed a return request on 3rd jan 2019 and it was supposed to be picked up by 8 jan 2019. Today i checked and the return request has been declined. No one was here to pick it up yet. I have spent ₹6548 on thid order so i need this to be resolved. I tried to contact the pickup agent but the number is swiched off. The app has no option to register a complaint or to tacle this situation. There was no alternative against return request declined so i could not make another return requst gor the product

            Hello this is satish warghade i would like to complaint against "jabong". Particularly complaint is regarding product undelieverd after 15 days and they dont delieverd at home they said come 5 km to recieved product. They had literally made me mental torture i would like you to take some action against them. Whenever i ask them what was the problem they didnt said properly.

            Hi team,

            I have paid for my product which I was supposed to get on 31st december, I called jabong many times. They are neither ready to deliver my product not they are refunding my amount.They just keep on escalating I have already suffered because of there poor service.Please assist me in this case

              My name is james. I needed to return 4 products (Roadstar blue jean, roadstar green t-shirt, jack n jones chino, mast&harbor t-shirt) as they do not fit me at all.. They were either very loose or too tight.. So i placed a return two days after receiving.. On jan 3rd.. No one came to pick them up for few days... Later when i went to ecom courier service and asked them they said they did not get any notification from jabong regarding those particular items... When i looked at my return status today, it says my returns are declined.. It is only a week since i got them.. I lost a total of 2200 rupees approximately... Please help me out...

                I already complained but my problem is not solved and there is no update also... Also fraud call from jabong conjumer started on my number... And asked about bank details. It means one problm is not solved other also comes when i regestered on conjumer complain. So can you solve this... You alteady mensaion that you resolved this problem...

                    delivery boy marked my order was "refused delivery" on his own

                    This is the order number with name as ketaki dhanorkar. I had placed order for two necklaces on[protected] and one of the necklaces was cancelled by jabong on[protected] but i have not received a refund for the same. I have spent rs. 547.96.
                    I tried contacting customer care but no response from their end. Have been dropping emails to jabong team but no response from them.
                    Requesting jabong to please help me out and refund my money.

                      Sir I ordered u.s polo value pack of 2 jeans and i got only one product and other is missing and one product which i got i already used because i donot know the other product will not receive me.                       Today i receive call from j conjumer care ...they know every detail about my complain..and asked me atm last 6 digit and expiry date ..to inisate my refund.and they also send me a link to generate refund...and than 6 digit otp comes in my phon number..but account blance is low than they send server problm they call nxt day ...but this call they said from conjumercomplain.in ...so sir tell me its real or fake ...i know its fraud but he knows every detail...plz sir reply me

                        I've ordered a roadster grey dial watch on jabong during the eor sale and i returned the watch 2 days later (On 27/12/18). But on the application it is showing your return request has been declined. The support people are not responding properly and its been two weeks now. Looking forward to get the refund as soon as possible.

                          I purchased core espana brand brown boots via your site on 25.12.18. The boots when delivered appeared to be good. I wore them 2 days back for the first time and within an hour the synthetic leather covering from the top started to come off. This was not expected from a site like yours. I am extremely disapointed from the product. Will request you to either exchange the product or refund my money for the same.

                          I ordered black mast and harbour shoes size 38 I got 37size, then I request online for exchange with correct size.
                          It shows exchange decline and undelivered on my phone. I want 38 no. Shoes or my money back. 37 no. Shoes are not useful for me.

                            The parcel was delivered to me but as i opened it, the order i. E hidesign men black solid two fold wallet, order no. 109842296749414530303 was not present in the parcel. I received the parcel this morning while the person who delivered the parcel was present as i opened the parcel. Please look into the matter n try to resolve as soon as possible.

So i gave an exchange request and they accepted it they told me it'll be delivered on 4th jan 2019 but it is 6th jan still i didn't receive it...                                 This issue dates back to november 2018.
                                Jabong delivered a wrong product to me. I raised the issue and product was picked up after quite a long delay. Long story short, they have the product now.
                                However they are not initiating the refund. I have shared the required bank details and photo id proof but i am still waiting for my money. I have dropped numerous mails and called them too. They don't even bother to revert.
                                Their site mentions reaching out to [protected]@jabong.com if issue is not resolved, i have done that too but seems that jabong is hell bent not to return the money.

                                    I ordered kurta with palazzos & dupatta and for that company charged me 3276 inr.

                                    When i received delivery it was having only kurta. Palazzos & dupatta was missing in the delivery packet. I tried to contact their customer care department but there was no satisfactory response on refund and future corrective action. There website also doesn't have option to complaint on delivery received.

                                    I feel like cheated ordering from this online platform. Request your action on this as it is trust factor on this online platform.

                                      I ordered my shoes on 25 th december which is usually christmas day and today is 5th january. I still have not received my order from jabongs side. Delivery status shows that order has also reached near me but not yet delivered. Customer support also requested me to wait for 2 working days and so did i but there was no update and things are not going as expected.
