I have ordered jeans of Here&Now from jabong and placed a return request on same day of the delivery of the product, without any tempering in the product, or packaging .
The delivery executive from their third party courier service named ML came and asked for product to return on 13 Oct 2018.
The product has been declined because of missing of price tag, that's what I was told.
I received a message that the jeans would be reshipped.
Till 25 November 2018 when i didn't receive the product, I contacted customer care, they said I will receive it within 3-5 working days.
I didn't receive it till 13 December 2018, So I contacted to them again, and got same response.
With such unprofessional delivery, how can you be so sure that price tag is missing from my side, when I returned it within 2-3 days.
I received a message on 18 December 2018 that, my refund has been processed and will appear within 5-7 days in my account.
But today I'm receiving another message saying, product will be reshipped.
After this unprofessional behaviour for 3 months, I don't want the product at all.
I tried to follow-up jabong team many times but didn't get any resolution.
So regarding that i need to submit my compliant against jabong so that they will check with their shipping team and refund my money back.
Please let me know if you need any further details from my side.
I have paid for my product which I was supposed to get on 31st december, I called jabong many times. They are neither ready to deliver my product not they are refunding my amount.They just keep on escalating I have already suffered because of there poor service.Please assist me in this case
