I have been a loyal customer of Jabong India and have been ordering goods since then but now I think that jabong have shattered all my trust and faith in them and also in their quality. On 16 May 2017, I ordered a pair of campus shoes to gift it to my mom but she tried the shoes it didn't fit well so I packed them as it is and filed the returned for the same without even wearing them. After the courier boy came and refused to do pick up of the same. I called Jabong Customer Care and explained the same they said to click the pick and send it to [protected]@jabong.com. I did that also but there way no reply from their side as well neither they acknowledged my email. After two days I called Jabong and asked they said investigation team has refused to do pick up as it has dirt on it. The shoe was not of the fit then how can I wear them and get them dirty. This attitude towards your loyal customer can be harmful to your company. I hope your escalate this matter and get my refund as soon as possible. Jun 3, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I have got call from escalation team regarding the same. They have picked up my order (shoes) now waiting for refund to be initiated and transfer back in my account. Jabong.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. No amount of apologies can ever compensate for the amount of discomfort that you must have gone through because of this ongoing issue. I am suffering from my refund and it has yet not being initiated. my order was picked up but still i haven't yet received any refund for my order. I want the entire money to be refunded.
I am calling between 2 to 3 days but you telling me every time that my query will be solved within 24 hours but it’s not so today. it is becoming so annoying for me now, being a loyal customer that i am calling them just to stay on hold and waste my balance but no customer care representative responding, even after holding the line for an hour. This is the kind of service that they are providing; You just keep the customer on hold, appreciate their patience and keep telling that the call will be answered shortly. I am seriously disappointed and frustrated with all this service jabong has given. I don’t wish to deal with the company at all, not now, not ever. if a sale is not handled by brand like jabong, it should stop doing it rather than fooling customer.
tired of fake promises. I suggest not to use Jabong due to their worst refund policy/procedure. more than 18 days since the pick up happened and still they hesitate to refund. Such a pathetic website. Enough is enough, I am done with my last order from jabong, Worst products and service .. bye bye Jabong. if you really value your money dont buy from jabong.
