Fraud by jabong company

I have been a loyal customer of Jabong India and have been ordering goods since then but now I think that jabong have shattered all my trust and faith in them and also in their quality.

On 16 May 2017, I ordered a pair of campus shoes to gift it to my mom but she tried the shoes it didn't fit well so I packed them as it is and filed the returned for the same without even wearing them.

After the courier boy came...

Or return it.
The site says pick up is not available from my pincode.
Or any pincode nearby...
They mention that i can self ship.
But that option is provided nowhere.

"pickup service is not available on this pincode, please select self ship option below."
This is written there, but no such option is provided anywhere on that page.
In short, there is no pickup service and i can not self ship.
In effect, that is no return!!!

    Hello,

    I had ordered some stuff from Jabong and later had returned few items I didn't like. The return was completed and confirmed but the 2 amounts of Rs. 7312.50 and 1977.65 against the order number: [protected] were never credited back to my ICICI credit card. I was assured by Jabong that it is a fault at my bank's end so I should raise a dispute. When I did that and explained to the Manager of my closest ICICI branch the entire issue she agreed to personally look into the issue. The bank is now following up with the channel partner for Jabong - "FirstData" from last many days but they are not responding back with the relevant details and hence the issue is still pending. I cant share any photos here as the pictures have my address and card details but of someone cares to resolve the issue I can share the relevant details. I really fail to understand that when these companies cannot support their customer's interest and cooperate incase of issues who gives them the right to sell their products. Really ridiculous and unfortunate that such companies continue to be in market.

      I have order 1 reebok shoes (Order no.[protected]) but shes size was not fit thats by i returend this product (Return id is[protected] after that return product jabong team call me and said to me your product is mis matched i am totally shocked i said to jabong team i have returned same product. But they deny my word after that i said to jabong team plese provide me images of product and any proof but they dint provide any images and evidence only verbally asked me product not matched andsaid to me its not my policy. After that i have complain many times to customer care and also legal team but they not sort out my problem and not take any serious action and finally not refund my amount. Please sort out my prpblem and refund of my amount.

        I am hriday, i ordered a "san frissco loafers" and a "loreal paris shampoo" on thu, 18th may'17, for which i paid already.

          And till date they haven't refunded my money

          When i called them they are saying so many stories and playing dramas

          The order amount is 3157.50

          When these kind of big amounts returned they want to rob the money

          Myntra amazon flipkart never do such things

          Jabong is a fraud company

          They wants to fraud in refunding the amount

                I have placed an order for Blue Solid Regular Quilted Jacket during an ongoing sale with an order id of [protected] which was available at a price of Rs. 1499 on 16th May 2017 at 01:15 AM in the morning. It was confirmed by Jabong after a few minutes however it got cancelled on its own. So to check on to the status I called Jabong Customer Care and they confirmed that the price mentioned was wrong. But they don't count that it takes a lot of time and one's effort to track down a deal. I was tracking this product since winters and was finally able to get it at an affordable price. It's not like they had a insanely low price ( considering it was a SALE) like below Rs 100 or something. Hence I want jabong to compensate me with proper resolution either by giving the product on the stated price or by issuing a coupon for amount difference between now and then.

                  This is regarding my order number [protected] from jabong.com
                  I ordered 2 perfumes burberry and jimmy choo which were on 45-50% off which I have never ever received on any such brand. I ordered 2 of them because of such huge discount they were offering. But sooner when I received the product I found out that the quality of both the bottles are so cheap that the cap of jimmy choo bottle doesnt even fit properly, it falls as soon as you move the bottle a little and morever the smell is so poor.. it is mostly filled with water which I can easily make out at first spray..
                  When I tried to return it, it was non-returnable and had been askef to contact customer care which was of no help. They kept on delaying by closing one of my complaint and raising another complaint but their decision didnt change and they told me they will not take it back. Why cant they return it if it is not fake.
                  I am highly dissatified with the products as well as the behaviour of jabong which says they provide best customer service.

                    I have ordered 2 dress but the size are incorrect. So i have raised a return request but i didnt receive any call from the return without calling they just canceled my request saying customer cancelled. same thing happen 3 times. I have raised complaint to jabang also more than 7 to 8 times. But their response was irritable simply will get back to u and raise the complaint to particular team .
                    It almost 2 and half a month but still i didnt get any responses. Only my mobile bill got wasted. Because of their irresponsibility my energy my money everything got losed.

                    Stiil i didnt got my money back.

                      I had ordered shoes from Jabong.com and paid for it at the time of the order. When it got delivered on 11th May '17, I found out the size I ordered was a little to large. I applied for exchange then and there.

                      The shoe got picked up the next day and there hasn't been any update since last 4 days. The pick-up AWB is JBG38785057. Which is the only information I have received in 5 days.

                        I got my dress on 12th of may. Since i changed my mind i wished to return it, but unfortunately there was no pick up service available in the place where it was shipped to (Mangalore). Whats more sad about it was i tried almost all the mangalorean pincodes and was still unavailable for the whole of mangalore. So please resolve this issue as i do not want to self ship the product or send it to bangalore where the pick up services are available but i know none of them that belong there. Please do respond at the earliest.

And when i contacted the customer service, the reply was that the product was not available so we delievered different product and that too without any intimation.                             I ordered blackberry suit from jabong order number [protected]. I get the suit packed in an a4 size plastic bag. I opened it and check suit. It was used and dirty and folded like a shirt. I raised return request for the same as the product was very dirty and used. Product reached to jabong and i got a call saying we cannot refund as product received is dirty and used. Now i'm writing them daily that i returned the product as i received i didn't use it all tags are intact but still they didn't refund amount.

                              My product delivery is late by 2 days already. Just be honest from next time and kindly give us the exact date of product delivery. It isn't my problem that the courier company has delayed the delivery. Now I have to constantly call them and ask by when will they deliver. I got a response saying "We can't help it. it depends on the courier man".
                              Don't claim to deliver fast Jabong when you have no control over your courier partners. Miscommunication between you and your courier partner should not create problems for customers. Very disappointed.

                                I have placed an order of 3 kurtas and seems it doesnt suits my requirements.
                                And I wish to return it.
                                While returning it shows all the pincode I typed do not provide pick up service.
                                I am totaly disappointed in jabong.

                                I dont recommend jabong anymore.

                                They are not providing any pick up service in kozhikode for returning customers.

                                I have tried all the pincodes including the major city in kozhikode.

                                I got the product today but I have a size issue I tried to exchange, well all the pincodes from my place Dharamshala are not under pick up service ...

                                Jabong is very big company and they are giving good discounts also .. But one thing which I dont like about them it is that once you buy anything from them if the item is not suitable you can not return it because they dont have pick up location .. You have to send it through courier . And for that you have to pay again which you will never get back .. I also bought one kurta set which I bought checking all size chart and all but still not fitted to me and now I am in trouble because of picking issue ..
                                So it is my humpble request to jabong.com please if you are able to deliver the product then provide the return picking option also .. Otherwise people will think before buying .. My order id - [protected]

                                  I have purchased a kurtha worth 3599. I got the product with out tags and was of poor quality. It was a used kurtha. The very next day i returned the product next day itself. But they did not issued refund. They were updated in my account that it did not meet quality standards. They did not even cal me regarding this. I was waiting for my refund. I called nishi, customer care exc, she told with in 48 hours they will contact. But i did not get a call. Meanwhile they re dispatched. Again called, connected to preethi, spoke with her more than half an hour. She told both departments are different, that why it happened. I asked, kurtha worth 3599, will change quality with in a day? It was with me only one day. I did not use it. Suppose it was with me for 1 week i agree. I am out of town now. They may be given this product to security persons in my flat. I will be coming back to my home only after 2 weeks. Really frustrated. Again i called and connected them to escalation team. All are saying they will contact you with in 48 houres. That is the solution they have. But they will not contact us and they will not solve the issue. I my account they updated that they have closed this issue and refunded.

                                    I ordered on 29th april 2017, n got a message saying i will be receiving my backpack on or before 4th may, and on 5th may i got a mail saying my order is delayed and will be delivered on or before 7??? And got no msg or call from the delivery guy. Last time too, i ordered two tshirts and got no call from the delivery but received a msg saying i denied the product??? What is wrong with this delivery system? Now i still haven't received and i didn't buy another one before too. So what m i gonna do? I ve to have that back bcoz it's a gift. And i will be out of station 9th from the delivery address??? Please help me soon! Thank you

                                      The frequency at which Jabong sends messages is very irritating rather than being informative.

                                      I am registered under DND. I have unsubscribed from promotional emails and SMS. I have sent a message "STOP" on [protected]. I have given a missed call on [protected]. I have done all of this to stop the SMS messages from Jabong.

                                      They stopped for a week. Now they have re-started the messaging all over again.

                                      What is the remedy for this situation? Request Help.
