[Resolved] Jabong.com — Jabong is into fraud activities | |||
I placed an order with jabong ORDER NO. : [protected] for a catwalk and Inc sandals but I received only 1 Pair of sandals and that to be of a different brand. I returned that product as it was not mine. Till the return process I did not faced any problem. When I asked them to refund the money they denied to refund my money saying that I have returned only 1 product. I made n number of calls to them to explain that I was delivered only 1 pair and that it even not mine but they continued showing their insanity. They wrote me a final email saying that from their side case has been closed because they have checked the video footage and have delivered me the right packet with both the products. I asked them to share the footage with me but they denied. When I asked them to let me talk with their manager shweta kajra their executive said that she is only available between 10-12. Are they running some political business over there that the person will be available for such a short time span. That's a bloody customer support which is open 24 hrs. Finally I have asked my lawyer to take the case forward in court for this fraud. I wrote them an email to ask their legal department to get in touch with me but till now there is no response. Meanwhile when my lawyer investigated about them we got to know that MD's and directors of Jabong has resigned and currently no one is their to head jabong. Infact due to fund problem they had to relocate from gurgan to indore. Also I got to know that Jabong has done such kind of fraud with many customers. Probably they are collecting fund to arrange salaries for their existing employees. Guys whomesover has faced this problem please write me on my email id - kt.[protected]@gmail.com so that I can have more evidences against them and it will help me in fighting the case in court.
