Place the above order for puma shoes on july 16, 2016. It's july 25 and the product has not even been dispatched. Apart from that, tried reaching out through the customer care number four times, put the call on hold for 4 - 5 minutes everytime, still no response from them. Tried to reach out through email at "[protected]@jabong.com", still the same result, no response at all. Such a poor response and unprofessional behaviour from jabong.com. The tag line should be changed to "be fooled" instead of "be you". Never gonna shop again from them. P. S. Ordered a shirt two days after this particular order. It's following the same path till now.
