Jabong.com — Refund against order No.[protected]

The price the item purchased against order No.[protected] was Rs. 835.00 and the courier charge for sending back the item is Rs. 80.00, so total refund value should be Rs.835.00+80.00=Rs.915.00, but total amount deposited in Jabong Credit is Rs.815.00 why ???? since the deducted amount was not deposited directly to bank account, I compel to shop again with Jabong to recover the amount, what a seating ? The return policy of Jabong is worst . Comparatively Amazon, Flipkart, providing the best return policy, they are always picking the packet and send back it on their own cost and deposit full amount(refund) directly to the bank account within the same day after the courier person pick up the packet.
