[Resolved] Jabong.com — payment deducted but order not placed

I tried ordered an levis jeans on 20/10/2018
Through airtel wallet of rs 1692.44 with txn id - [protected]. Money got deducted but order was not placed.
I have called airtel customer care they said that they have already payed jabong money and mistake is not from their side. Then i called jabong customer they are saying that payment received is in pre processor and it will get credited in 24 hrs but still i did not got my money back. Either place my order or give my money back please do the needful asap

Today I got my Full refund to my Airtel payments bank. The money was stuck in PayU They successfully refunded it
