[Resolved] Jaquar — bathroom fitting part not returned | |||||
Good day, A jaguar technician took the defected cistern panel (Under warranty) from my house more than 1 month ago and promised to return it within 20 days. It has been over a month now and i have made multiple calls to the customer care and to mr. Mithun (Manager at the jaguar workshop). Everyone keeps saying that it will be returned soon, but no action is being taken by anybody. Kindly inform me once and for all whether it is going to be returned or should i buy a new one from the market. Already written to [protected]@jaguar.com.
