[Resolved] Jaquar — cracks in wash basin | |||
I have got cracks in my wash basin and despite numerous complains and follow ups i am taken aback to get it replaced despite the jaguar executives confirming that needs to be replaced. It's been 3 years i got it installed and 2 years of me trying to get it replaced but all in vain. Evertime i hear the engineer visits and says we will get this replaced but till date the replacement is not happening. I bought shower cabin a few months ago.now it's about to fall.i complaint many times to customer care..but no body come to visit the site... such a shame.i think there's no value of customer in this company.i never give advice to anyone to take this company product.i call so many times to customer Care.complaint no is 00807142.pls pay attention
