[Resolved] Jaquar — under warranty plumbing part replacement not done even after a month time | |||
I had raised multiple complaints for the same issue. But no action has been taken so far. Your guy who visited my place does not know his job. Its been more than a month but he has failed to replace under warranty tap in my kitchen. First complaint number as received from telecaller: 943497 in december 2017 Latest service call reference numbers : 00002101 in jan 2018 The guy came to my place and said call the company to get the part replaced. When i opened the complaint for the second time the same guy came and said the same thing. When i said i will complain to higher management, he said do what ever you want. Its a complete non-professional behavior and not expected from jaguar. Was this information helpful? | |||
