I placed the order on 24 nov-18 they commited the delivery product on 8 dec-18 today 12 dec -18 till now i am not getting the delivery status for ordered product i posted mail regaring this issue from last three days they replyed me like as below Thank you for contacting jaxtakart customer support! I have booked my order (380419) Leather Flip Cover for Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime on 29th November with Paytm payment of Rs.179/-. Its already 10 days over, normally we receive the order within 2 – 3 days from Amazon and others, I have mailed them many times. I wanted to know where the order has gone? And I wanted the product immediately.
