[Resolved] Jaxtakart — Purchased product not yet received | |||
I purchased a Nokia 8 battery, model HE328, on 9th May 2020 with order ID #530010 through the site, https://www.jaxtakart.com/. They said because of COVID19 problem, it will get delayed. Then later I send email, as I didn't get any further information from them. On 30th May they send me an email saying, as they will expecting to ship the order within 5 days. After that no information. Still site shows the order is confirmed, not yet shipped. Tried to call them through given number, +[protected], but always busy. No email replies. I am hopping that my complaint would get resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 2, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved They sent other product, Syska H-15 Bluetooth Earphone + Samsung Headset, in the place of Nokia 8 Battery I ordered.
I emailed to the given email id in the site, id: [email protected], asking about the product delivery and also put complaint here. After that I received a cal from Jaxtakart no: 09064417614, saying about the unavailability of the product and sending some other product in place of that. They don't have money back policy. | |||
