Jaycee Homes — jc homes savannah builder not giving money back

Hi i meet to executive in head office, they told me
1) project not canceled but delay by indefinite time
2) shift to other project that is in mira road or kandilavi (Far away from station & slum redevelopment project)
3) cancelled and get money with in 30 months.

Also say builder not have money also not giving any replacement in pawai project, which is started...
