Same story - no demand, no update on construction and they are not ready to cancel my unit also.

QQ: can someone please confirm if phase 2 is totally out of scene now..are they scrapping phase 2 project and refunding money ?

Dear Sir,
I am also a victim of having booked 2 studio apartments in Budh circuit phase 2 paying 30% of the amount. I have applied for refund and the minimum period has been told as 180 days and was asked to submit all papers pertaining to the booking of the flat in original. I skeptical whether this refund will come through or not going by the consumer complaint against JP. Feeling helpless as the legal process is to slow, and there is little hope of justice from the present Government. I visited Jaypee office today. They are saying return the money with 12% but no time limit. I also came to know from some sources, they have refund money to some people who have created a lot of pressure in group and protested.

Hi All,

I had booked 2 Studio Apartments and paid nearly Rs.20L to the builder. With about a year or so left to deliver the Studio Apartments, the Builder stopped raising any demands and when I tried to find out what was hppening, they told me that they were not building the project anymore. They also told me that they would be refunding the money as such we should deposit all the Original allotment papers and receipts so that the refunds could be processed.

I have completed all the formalities and they have not taken any action. I have also sent them a Legal notice and was planning to approach the DCP, Economic Offences Wing to register a case of Fraud and Cheating.

I would like to be a part of the group and take necessary action against the builder - maybe we can also send a petition to the highest office - PM of the country against fraudsters like Jaypee.
