Jaypee Developers — Delay in the construction of jaypee buddh circuit studio phase i apartment

I HAVE BOOKED Studio appartment in Budh City Circuit-2. I have already paid huge amount and i am salried person. I am feeling the pain as i have taken loan from bank. Please add me also in the whatsapp group, my number is 9412268463. I would also like to join you all for court case.

Hi, please add me too in the what's app group... I had invested in Buddh circuit studio 1 in 2013. Have paid 30% already and nothing is being done for the construction. I tried speaking to the Jaypee staff and as per them they don't have any money to either construct or refund the money.

I think we need to get together and raise our concern with the authorities legal or otherwise.

I will be ready to be a part of the group to initiate any action.

Dear Friends,
I am also the victim like you all in Buddha circuit studio II in Gautam buddha nagar and finally i could connect to Amrita Singh and she has sent form for refund., but looks like after 180 days they will pay 1 lac and balance later (no timelines yet). I have written to them and awaiting for response. I think lets connect on this FB "https://www.facebook.com/groups/1590479444586799" and see how things are going and lets connect or meet if possible when to file further litigation as in case of "http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/wealth/real-estate/more-home-buyers-ar...⇄ one such example.

I am Vinay Dua from New Delhi and committed the same mistake by blindly investing in Jaypee studio appartment as it was very viable name in Builders for property investment but since last three years after investing 10 lakhs no demand is made nor any construction is there, i too want to join wats app group and facebook page for joint action, please add 9810074957

I am also a victim of same project Buddha Circuit BS002D1204.

I have visited them on 24th Jan 2017. Amrita Singh is project CRM head for this project.
She told me that they have refund money around 70 people of this project. She is asking to deposit application and refund process will take 6-8 months. I just wanted to check have anyone of you got refund ??

Hi All,

After looking on the above message, i would like to convey something. I have also purchased property with "JAY PEE BUDDHA STUDIO" and paid almost 10 lac, they committed us that they will do the completion and hand over the flat by 2015 or max 2016, but yet nothing has been done so far. I visited there office latest on Sunday 26th march 2017 and found that they are not entertaining any one of them, even if guard is also not letting anyone to go inside the campus. Please add my both the numbers in group the one you have created and let us meet sometime and take our money back.
