Jaypee Developers — Delay in the construction of jaypee buddh circuit studio phase i apartment

Address: New Delhi, Delhi, 110075

I have taken one unit in "Jaypee Buddh Circuit Studios Phase I on Yamuna Expressway" in June 2013.
Since two years no demand has been raised and when i personally visited the site no construction work was going on there.
When i asked to shift my unit in Wishtown project they refused it.
When I asked for the money along with the interest, they replied that they will give the money after cutting 20% money of the total flat amount.

I have already taken loan aganist this property and emi's are also going on.

As per their conversation there is no hope to get the possesion of my unit near 7-8 years, my hardn money is stuck with Jaypee Builder.
Plase help me out.

This is pathetic, no one is their to respond for our hard earned money, they are saying for March 2017 to pay the refund thise who asked for refund but no commitment, looks like no way for our hard earned money, i am shattered and mentally tortured by these guys.

Hello All

I am also sailing in the same boat. I booked an apartment in May 2013 in Buddha Circuit phase 1. There is no construction going on at the site and there is no scope of work starting. I sent three letters and email to Jaypee group for refund but no response from them .So we should file a case in NCDRC under section 12(1)(C). Add my name in whatsapp group and I am with you for any course of action.

Hi All

I also have a flat in Buddha Circuit phase 1. Jaypee is not doing any construction for this project and we should file a case in NCDRC .

I am also victim of same fraud. I bought jaypee budh circuit studio 2 apartment in 2013. one of the customer care executive told me that the company will now never do the construction. Hi, i had also booked flat in budh studio 2 in 2013, but till date, construction had not started & neither there is any commitment from builder by when the possession will be there.

Please help me too in getting my money refund, as i had taken loan & also paying interest to Banks.

I have purchased 67.354 sq.mtrs (725.000 sq. ft.) apartment in April 2013.
project is called off by JP and now they are not refund our money.

Dear Friends,
I also booked a flat in Buddha Circuit studios apartments. I feel like cheated by them. They are not returning money. no one is taking any accountability and no response either. I think lets connect together and file FIR and file a suit in court and seek resolution. otherwise nothing will come out of it just we all will pay interest to bank.
