Jaypee Developers — Delay in the construction of jaypee buddh circuit studio phase i apartment

I have taken one unit in "Jaypee Buddh Circuit Studios Phase I on Yamuna Expressway" in June 2013.
Since two years no demand has been raised and when i personally visited the site no construction work was going on there.
When i asked to shift my unit in Wishtown project they refused it.
When I asked for the money along with the interest, they replied that they will give the money after cutting 20% money of the total flat amount.

I have already taken loan aganist this property and emi's are also going on.

As per their conversation there is no hope to get the possesion of my unit near 7-8 years, my hardn money is stuck with Jaypee Builder.
Plase help me out.

This is Sandeep Ahuja. I too invested in 1BHK flat in Buddh circuit II in June 2013. I filled for the refund and submitted all the papers in Feb16. In Feb they said come in august and last Saturday when I went they just asked me to come in September and said they are not sure when will they refund the amounts.

Please add me your group and let me know when you all are going I will also accompany with you guys. We should all file a legal complaint against Jaypee asap.
