Jeeves Consumer Services — About complete mobile protection claiming | |
My self S.Manish. i just purchased complete mobile protection plan for motorola mobile in jeeves service centre through flipkart. I claimed my protection plan on 23rd of march 2021. They said they will be delivering mobile within 10 working days. It also said in their terms and conditions. They made a call to me on 3rd april regardiny claim that my mobile has a liquid damage so i need to pay processing fee. i said ok and asked to send me the link for payment. They said you will get a confirmation call and we are going to send the link within 2 business days once i get confirmation call. I said ok and i got confirmation call on the next day. So i waited 2 days for the link but i didn't get. I called to their customer service they raised a complaint and i got another confirmation call. I still waited but this time also i didn't get any link for payment. Instead i got a message as your mobile is repaired please kindly collect your device. I made a call to customer care they said the mobile hasn't repaired. I am getting continuously from on that till now i.e., 14 april (present day). But no getting any of the link for payment. Today i got frustrated and made call to customer care some person named ravi has attended my call and just hang my call in the middle. What kind of service are they providing to me. Do due absence of mobile my works are being stopped and i am going through some mental trauma due to this service centre. Please solve my problem as soon as possible
