I had to buy Midea ac with Jeeves warrenty. In march 2020 AC stopped cooling so i called jeevs for service, due to covid it got delay which is acceptable after 31 august they told me you AC will get repaired withing 1 week in September but no one came to service the AC they keep saying same thing again and again our engg will repair AC soon. Cancelation and Refund of Extended Warranty of TV

I have mailed and asked for refund of the 2 year extended warranty for the tv I have purchased and they replied and asked for my bank details and I have already given my bank account details one week before but still not got the refund in my account. And now when I am emailing for update they are also not replying and also not giving any update.

Customer care also not helping for this. I am attaching all the email conversations....

Claim for MI tv

I have received very pathetic claim service from jeeves. I have registered a claim for my mi (Claim ID is CLJP[protected]) on 28 Nov. Technician inspected the tv on 1st Dec and on 24 Dec i received a message that i will be provided 80% of the Tv amount. But after 45 days they have cancelled my claim and again registered a new claim (Claim ID is CLJP[protected]). This is not acceptable, how can they start the process again after 45 days and...

Refund pending from 1 month

Dear Team,

I am not delighted to inform you that your service is horrible, and your technician is fraud & unskilled.He damaged my Thomson Tv and now he didn't pick up my call. No Proper Service as per their Policy

It's been around 40 days since I have initiated my service request and there is no proper response or resolution from Jeeves.

Initially it was promised that issue will be resolved in maximum of 21 days but now they are extending it irrespective of their promise and policy....

Handset misplaced from three months

I bought a phone online from flipkart and got it insured there itself by jeeves with hsn/sac id 998599. My phone got damaged and i was told to give it to your delivery partner for repair which was picked up on 29th september after deposition of 500 rs for claim. It was then repaired and I received the dispatch details with tracking id JFOP[protected] for Ekart. 3 months have gone and i havn't received my mobile. I call at jeeves customer care...

Jeeves extended warranty deficiency in Service

Took an extended warranty paying 2500 approx rupees from Jeeves, but while the product(Kodak 50inch TV) is in extended warranty and is repair, Jeeves has not repair the product since August 2020 and has not provided refund/replacement even after 30days of their SLA agreement, complaint raised on Aug 2020 and still following up in multiple emails and customer care phone but not helpful. Not sure how Jeeves can exploit customer's hard earned...

Promised service not being done for over 2 weeks after collecting money for extended warranty

I have been following up with the Jeeves team for for last 14 days to attend to an issue in my AC which is under extended warranty.
The issue in first case has occurred due to faulty installation of the product. Additionally, the team doesn't give any response but a "Sorry for the inconvenience caused" statement whenever the customer support persons speak. Every time its a new person while following up.

The just 15%...

Regarding coffee table installation

I bought a coffee table with flipkart and installation was embedded in it...the product got delivered and they cancelled the installation...
how am i supposed to assemble that..
