Laptop extended warranty

I have purchased laptop oon Flipkart with extended warranty on Nov 2019. Recently I got issue with my laptop and I called to Flipkart for support for my extended warranty. Flipkart said that claim your extended warranty with Jeeves consumer services then I called to Jeeves for support.         My name is Umesh... i have purchased a mi 32 inch tv from Flipkart on 06/04/2018 invoice no FABBNR[protected] ...in the bill it was stated that the warranty for the product is 1 year and additional warranty of 1 year for the panel...so from the date of purchase the warranty is upto 05/04/2020..further at the time of purchase i was recommended to take 2 years additional warranty for rs 999...i purchased this additional warranty also by jeeves EAAAAB00211429... the bills for both the same is attached herewith. from february 21 lot of horizontakl lines are appearing on my tv. i compalined to flipkart, they directed the complaint to jeeves...a technician came opened my tv..after some time said that i have to re register my compalint with jeeves...so i once again tried to register my acompalint...but so far jeeves is not responding...i expect that jeeves being a reputed company should oblige and repair my TV sicne the tv is still covered under the warranty...

          A few days back part has been replaced by your technician team.

          Also, I would like to inform you that some old part only replaced by your technician.

          Again I'm facing the same issue after the part replacement also.
          Reported issue not yet resolved.

          Please take this matter on topmost priority and give me resolution asap from your end

          Note:
          If you are unable to resolve the issue by part replacement
          don't waste my time, directly go ahead with a refund already I have waited for more than 40 days for part replacement

              Purchased the MI TV 4A in 2019 with extended warranty(1+2yr). Stopped working
              15 days back. Called in the Jeeves Customer Care. They fail to deliver the minimal service for which they have taken the money for. Not even responding the calls. They picked up the call and every time they mention to send the engineer in 2 days.. But it has been more than 15 days. Till now no response from their side. No one should buy that extended warranty of 1500₹. It is just another way of taking the money. Even the delivery person forces you to buy it.. Installation guy also forces to take this warranty.. What's the use of this warranty when no one can claim it even after paying ₹1500

                Vu TV Refund pending from 3 months

                Its been 3 months now, and i have been asking for a call from backend team but the company just fails to make a call the case is open from 3 months and they dont do anything about it and everytime i call customer care they shamlessly say wait for 2 days our team would call back

                My purchased tv is Motorola 55 inch led tv and I'm having 3 years warranty(1 year standard warranty + 2 years extended warranty), for Motorola brand all the warranty services providing in indian by Jeeves Consumer Services, Door No 6A, Karnan Street, Kodambakkam, Chennai-600024, +91-[protected].

                Every time I ask for the update I get only this response. I need to know the proof for how many times you have contacted the concerned team. I am frustrated by your support given by them and also solution yet now. Over 38 days I am waiting for a solution.

                Every time I contact the customer care I am getting various update every time. I believe the meaning of ASAP means within hours or a day or two, defined not a month.they are wasting time every day of my work. I am frustrated to the core and feel like never suggest theirservice to anyone. Escalate the issue and give me a solution today.

                      From past 38 days My TV is not working and I am not receiving the spare part to fix the tv. They are not giving me the status of the issue also. Every time I call I got different information.
                      One time they said refund on progress.
                      Next time they said the team contacted me for refund is not having any authority to say that.
                      Third time they said waiting for refund and now they are saying spare is on the way.

                      I am frustrated completely. Every time I receive the same email.

                          I have reported my claim under Flipkart mobile protection plan on January 29, 2021. My phone picked up on 1feb2021, I received a call from Jeeves on 3 feb 2021 that my phone is under software issue but it is found to be liquid damaged and if you want to proceed to claim you have to upload your documents and pay the rs 1000 fees, to which I agree then they said we will send you a link for the same. Today is 21 feb2021 I receive no mail no reply I have call their customer service for more than 10 times no resolution. I am mentally exhausted and harassed.

                            Bought the TV from Flipkart and extended warranty taken from jeevas (Flipkart platform). But after 1 year o[censored]se it's display not working, so jeevas technician visited and told that if spare not available we will return 80% of amount.
                            After called the jeevas customer care, they told you have to wait for 21days.
                            As im getting very bad review on social platform against jeevas.. I don't know what they would do next..and expectation is very low if they will resolve or not.

                            I also.avoided the Flipkart for electronic purchases.

                              Request for refund date 10/Jan/2021
                              I was deactived my policy date 12/JAN/2021 POLICY NAME flipkart complete protection plan
                              policy number # CPJV[protected]

                              I was request cancellation of above policy on date 10/Jan/2021.
                              Every day I'm follow-up with them by telephonic and mail conversations they have promise me to refund the amount in 2 business days but still not credited.

                              Jeeves and flipkart both are confusing me that who will claim the policy amount.

                              flipkart and Jeeves both are mental torturing me, due to which i am raising this complaint.

                                  I purchased extended warranty from "Jeeves Consumer Services" on 27th December, 2020 during the installation of new Kodak LED TV and paid 2, 075 INR via PhonePe UPI to technician (Kamruddin) as 2 years extended warranty charge. On asking for invoice for the same, technician mentioned, the same will be received on email within few hours and I never received any invoice till date even after so many follow-ups over the customer care number the and emails.

                                  After so many follow-ups, I never got any positive response from Jeeves. From last 2 months, I just always hear that their team is reviewing the case and will get back. I requested them to return my money within 7 days, as per the company policy they claim to return the full amount if customer is not satisfied, but from 2 months every week they always mention we are reviewing and will we get back.

                                  At the start of service there is no proper communication, how they can provide service for 2 years? This is a total fraud company, no one should trust on Jeeves.co.in. No one should trust on them even for a single minute. Your money will go in fraudsters pocket.

                                  This is highly non-standard, unethical and unprofessional way of doing business. This is actually not a business, this is a fake company that's looting innocent people of India. This company deserves a serious complaint to government consumer cell and company's registration department, before you cheat more citizens of India.

                                  I urge to immediately ban such a fraud company, so they can stop cheating with innocent people of India. Please help in getting my money back.

                                    I bought an A.C from flipkart on april 2019 and took extended warranty from jeeves. My A.C. was not working so i registered mg complaint to jeeves on 1st sep 2020 but they were unable to resolve my issue with in a month and according to their policy if they will not resolve issue in a month either he will replace the product or refund 80% money on MRP . After so many mail and call they uninstalled my product on 9th january 2021 and took my product back and said i will get my refund with in 8 days but now it has more than 1 month and still i did not get my refund. I continuously mail and call him but every time they just say give me 2 days to resolve your issue but they are not resolving .
