Hi,
I had purchased an Asus Zenbook Laptop from Flipkart on 21.10.2020 along with this I had also purchased Complete Laptop Protection (2 Years) insurance by Jeeves.
The details of the purchase along with Invoice is mentioned below.

Recently I started facing issues with the keyboard and touchpad so to claim the repair under warranty I had called Jeeves helpline / Customer care number.
I had spoken to one of your executives to register the claim and I was informed that a service engineer will be assigned for this in 2-3 days, who would be visiting my place for the repair work.

After 3 days I got a call from Jeeves executive, stating that since my address location is not serviceable for Asus Zenbook repair, I can get the repair work done from a Asus authorized service center in Nagpur and after the repair I need to submit the Invoice and Bill for the repair work done and the same amount would be refunded to me by Jeeves.

I have got the Laptop repaired from the Asus Authorized service center, Nagpur.

Herewith, I'm attaching the Invoice copy of quotation for repair, Bills for the repair work, payment done receipts and a cancelled cheque to process the refund.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
